20 yr. entrepreneur with IT product design and development expertise and extensive project management experience managing IT solutions. Founded RescueTrek 2006; researched and designed the company's products and services. A team builder and problem solver by nature with the ability to assemble and manage sophisticated technical teams in solving major challenges. Technical writer and UNIX programmer for AT&T Information Systems, Morristown, New Jersey - EDCARS Project. Co-wrote operations manuals for hardware and software developed by AT&T for clients such as Boeing, Hughes Aircraft and the US Air Force.
Dr. Irwin Share Sr. Engineer
Brings over 45 years in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Signal Processing, and Electromagnetics. Applications in communications, signal processing, signal detection, radar, interference reduction, and biomedical applications. Including analyzing and modeling, developing RF and microwave products, designing antennas/arrays, defining algorithms, analyzing and evaluating propagation, designing systems.
Dan Stirling Engineer and Technologist
Has been developing computer software and hardware technology for more than 25 years. Currently he has one patent and three pending applications for measuring human body motion and analysis. Dan experience includes developing equipment for space, military and commercial use. The technology developed is for cable television graphics, machine tool controls, satellite telemetry systems, atomic clocks, military hardware, communication systems for wired and wireless controls and sonar and wireless communication for underwater search and rescue and Special Forces.
Dan has been involved in a number of technology startup companies as well. He has had management positions in companies developing technology-based products. He has been a member of a technology committee developing standards of communication interfaces. His responsibilities include managing technology transfer to licensed customers and training their engineering staff.

Recognized expertise with system integration, human-systems integration (HSI), developmental and operational test & evaluation (DT&E, OT&E), risk management, quality assurance, deck systems, UNREP and aircraft/vehicle handling. Familiar with USCG and regulatory body rules (including ABS SVR, NVR, HSNC & HSC; DNV and IMO.) Technical writing and still/digital/video photography skills.
